BUY IT! Price varies, $19.00 is a good entry point. Used it on a Sirloin bottom Ball cut, normally TOUGH. Pricked liberally, both sides, a 'lil Adolph tenderizer, 3 min. in a G.Foreman grill. Literally fell apart, tender, tasty. I like cubed steaks, but the Butcher version is always full of hidden tough gristle that clogs my teeth. With this wonderful tool, I can prepare a Kill-fur steak meal from a cut that I can trim and inspect. Clean up is no problem, but I store it in the 'fridge or freezer just in case residue will become a problem bacteria-wise. If it gets too gooped up, I'll hit it with my "scunci" steam cleaner. The steam cleaner is great for cleaning the non-submersible G.Foreman thing,incidentally.
