Customer Review: "HOME" SLICER
Summary: 3 Stars
My initial response would have been great; as the unit was delivered from the seller in a very short time. ( A week less then anticipated.) But, after less than thirty (30) minutes of use,(Not continously) the motor died. Following the warranty card instructions, I packaged the unit in its' original box and shipped it to the manufacturer. After a week I E-Mailed them to check on status. I was informed that I should have called them first. (Not noted on card)
Once this was clarified the process was handled very well and I received a new unit. I am certainly grateful for the assistance and followup by their customer service. All I can say about the slicer is that it seems fine and I will use it for any (light duty) slicing jobs I will have.
